The free draft

The homepage draft is free and carries no obligation. Until a project agreement is signed, the draft remains our property; if you decline, we delete it and do not reuse it for competing businesses.

Quotes & payment

Every project gets a written flat quote before any payment. Work starts after the agreed prepayment; the remainder is due at launch. There are no hourly fees or hidden charges.

Ownership

Upon full payment, the website — design, code and content we created for you — is yours. Your domain is registered in your name from day one.

Care plan

The care plan is a monthly service covering hosting, backups, updates and small changes. It renews monthly and can be canceled anytime with effect from the next billing period. If you cancel, we help you migrate the site away at no extra charge.

Liability

We build carefully, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, sales, leads). Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
